Most of my work has been making expertise interesting to people who did not arrive caring about the subject. I have done it in BBC drama, factual channels, a science show for kids and an engineering community, and I lead the teams that make it.

  • Joined an established engineering community of 2.3M+ members and repositioned its media as a sponsor-funded production operation, with new branded formats and short-form news video.
  • Launched Hardwired by Hackster; after the pilot, AMD ordered a full season.
  • Lead the Video and Community teams; own media budgets and partner campaigns end to end.
  • Created a repeatable event-coverage format for Sales to sell to partners, used for trade shows such as CES and Embedded World and for product launches; work with a network of 120+ contract creators.
